Refund Policy
Unused products
Except for custom items, you may return any unused product for a full refund of your purchase price. However, we do not refund the original shipping charges or return shipping charges on non-defective items. To return a product, contact DesignMod at info@designmod.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The product must be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Custom products, specialty items and items with non-standard finishing cannot be returned unless defective.
Defective products
DesignMod will replace any defective products at no cost for ninety (90) days from the purchase date. See the DesignMod warranty above for more details. To return a defective product, contact DesignMod to obtain a Return Authorization Number. DesignMod will replace the defective product and credit the return shipping charge.

Products must be inspected prior to installation. Installation of the product constitutes acceptance of the product, and damages occurring during installation are not considered defects.

Warranty
Shipping Policy
All goods are shipped ex works from DesignMod’s distribution center. Shipping methods and costs will be as specified in the order. Once the merchandise is released to and accepted by the carrier, DesignMod’s responsibility ends.
DesignMod is not responsible for damages occurring in transit. Therefore, we recommend that the purchaser inspect all packages in the carrier’s presence upon delivery. Always document any damage or apparent tampering with the packaging, preferably in the presence of the shipping agent. DesignMod will attempt to assist where possible in confirming the original packing methods.
In case of missing items, you must inform DesignMod within twenty-four (24) hours from the date of receipt. We will investigate the matter internally, including checking the inventory count to determine whether it was our error. If we verify it was our mistake, we will promptly ship the missing item(s) to the purchaser by standard ground at our cost.
