DesignMod also collects personally-identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from publicly available sources. This information is used to contact potential customers with information regarding DesignMod products. At any time you can contact DesignMod and request a copy of all information DesignMod has relating to you and request that DesignMod delete all information relating to you. DesignMod never sells or distributes this information to a third party unless necessary to fulfill your specific request or order, and then it is only used for that purpose. Specifically:

1) DesignMod uses MailChimp to manage it's mass-marketing emails. DesignMod's email list and it's "unsubscribed" list resides within the MailChimp system.

2) DesignMod uses Foxy.io to operate its shopping cart functionality. Information provided by customers in connection with orders resides within Foxy.io's system.

3) DesignMod uses Stripe.com as its merchant processor for credit card payments. Information necessary to charge customer credit cards is transferred to and maintained by Stripe.com.

Cookie/Tracking Technology:

The Site uses Google Analytics, which uses cookie and tracking technology. These technologies collect items such as the Internet domain and IP address from which you are accessing the Site; the type of browser and operating system you are using; the date and time of your visit on the Site; the pages you visit; and the address of the link that brought you to the Site. Commitment to Data Security and Data Privacy:

All purchases are handled through Foxy.io and Stripe.com, both of which are Level 1 Service Providers registered with VISA's CISP program. Their systems are secured at the highest levels of PCI DSS. DesignMod does not receive or retain any payment data for orders made through our website. We receive and reveal only the last four (4) digits of your credit or debit card number in your order confirmation. If we receive credit card information through a different channel, such as a telephone or facsimile order, the information is transferred to Stripe.com's secure system.

All e-mails and newsletters from the Site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

DesignMod's website along with those of its service providers all utilize https connections, providing for secure transmission of data.
